Adobe has the worst customer service!!! Try calling for technical assistance and you just get someone in India that asks for every thing but the kitchen sink, and if you work for a large company and are not in charge of purchasing software and do not have that persons contact info on hand then SORRY they won't help you. It doesn't matter that the software was purchased legally and etc. or you have the name of your company available. Nope they will provide you with NOTHING. Then you are forced to hut down the individual that purchased the software and then calling back to wait on hold and punch in a few numbers so you get yet another person in India that will ask you the same questions again and then want more info. Which in turn you hit another dead end. And guess what? No help from the rep or understanding, and you are left angry to hang up and write a complaint like I am.
I have been working with Adobe products since 1986 and this is the worst I have ever experienced. Adobe does not even deserve a "C" but an "F" for they have over all the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced and now I am left to try and keep figuring out how to fix my own software programs, for the forum cannot answer it and neither does ADOBE want to.
