I placed an order with this company for 2 flower girls dresses. I was notified immediately by email that the dresses were out of stock and would be in stock and ready to mail the following week, the email also offered a similar dress that was instock. I contacted the company and spoke with Sara. She assured me the dresses and shoes were in stock and would be mailed the following day, she offered to email me when the items were shipped. I followed up the following day to confirm the order had been mailed and was told by Sara that they would be mailed the following day and I would receive them on Friday. I was never emailed a confirmation of the shipping on the order and did not receive it on Friday. The following Monday I contacted the co by phone and spoke with Michelle. She stated the order had not been shipped and would be shipped the next day. This frustrated me and angered me since Sara knew the order had to arrive before Aug22, for the wedding. I asked to speak to the supervisor, I was told there was not one available. I asked to speak to the manager, I was told one was not available, I asked to speak to Sara, I was told she was not available. At this point I am livid, Michelle says she will text the supervisor to call me. I never received a phone call from the supervisor. I was told the time the supervisor would be in, I called repeatedly to only be told by Michelle she was not available. I cancelled this order and voiced my opinion of this business and my suspisions of a scam. I told Michell I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau for an investigation. I asked for the supervisor to please return my call so I could do a formal complaint with her, she has not returned my call. I am still waiting to see if my credit card has been credited. This company is a scam and based on the ratings, I am not the only unsatisfied customer. Customer beware: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM!!!
