TOTAL RIPOFF!!!!!!!
Ordered a Brother Laser cartridge. Received it fairly quickly. Did not work - was DEFECTIVE. So, not only did I pay $4.95 to have it shipped, I had to pay $7.83 in postage to return a DEFECTIVE cartridge. Did they refund the shipping for returning their DEFECTIVE cartridge??? Of course NOT!
They do not stand behind their products and are a SCAM!
Save your money, and trouble and order elsewhere!
Wish I could rate -5 stars!
