I to have a problem with EBATTERY INC. That is how the listed with the City of Ontario, Revenue Department. Web information like owner and his telephone # is at http://ontariocalifornia.us/index.cfm/5780/59949. I contated the BBB at www.la.bbb.org and they stated and gave me information to file a complant with the Califorina Atterny Gen. office at http://ag.ca.gov/contact/complaint_form.php?cmplt=CL I place an order on 6/16/2008. they returned my battery on 12/29/2008 and I also get the run around about the refund. Now I will get helpwith the Califorina government to investigate. The BBB is a none profit org. that can only do so much. Note they will answer your phone if you call from a phone # that you do not have on file with them. Select option 1. I got thru today using that method today "6/10/2009"and talked to a new person Andrew W. which will give my request to the first person in charge on a quote "post-it note".
