In my past experience with XFX and even till recently was a very bad one. They do however be very polite on the phone or in the support forum and never forgetting to say 'take care'. They have been well trained in consumer communication. They also have an outstanding double lifetime warranty on their products. However their support staff are eager to rush as they obviously have many complaints coming in. With my experience with a 7950GT AGP card that I bought 2 years ago was horrible. Right out of the box it never worked and the same goes for the next 2 cards before I gave up with them. It was costing me money to ship them the broken cards and by this point I had invested almost $400 in a guarantee policy that was not working for me and was costing me more money. After a time I wrote back opening the ticket again asking if this problem can be solved. We decided to go with a different card as by this time my system was upgraded significantly. The card they wanted to send was worth $75 retail. I asked for a full refund and he stated that I will never get one and that it is impossible to get a full refund. Needless to say I was floored and started to look into the legalities of the issue and posted a complaint with the BBB and was ready to fill a complaint with the Attorney General of California when we decided on a compromise between myself and Ryan. I am now getting a $125 retail card from my initial investment of $400. Buyer beware as what would seem like a good warranty could mean you end up paying more then simply going to another company with much less trouble who will treat you right. XFX will treat you with verbal respect and that is where the line ends. As a consumer the respect is lost toward you as soon as you give them your money.
