I joined this company while I was looking for an apartment on Craigslist. I was worried that I would get caught up in one of those scams or renting an apartment that was in foreclosure. I am glad I did because the first four apatments I found was a scam by the same guy in Nigeria and the last apartment was bank owned but the landlord was still trying to find tenants. They also gave me a free property report and a copy of the owner's deed. Now that I am a tenant they continue to provide me with weekly updates about the foreclosure status of my home. If my apartment has a foreclosure issue I will be the first to know
