I ordered the WalkFit shoe inserts over the website in response to an infomercial. I got an email confirming the order and said I would receive them in 3 to 4 weeks. After 3.5 weeks I called because it had already shown up on my credit card bill. They said it was in the mail. I called after 4.5 weeks. They gave me a post office tracking number. I read it back to verify accuracy. They confirmed it. I called the post office and they have no record of my package. At the end of each call they tried selling me something else before proving themselves on my first purchase. I'm leary of their credibility.
