I was also overcharged for shipping. I called to complain twice and was routed to India (I think) where someone was more interested in selling me an air purifier than listening to my problem.
Found the insoles to be extremely painful to wear. They do not appear to have been designed by anyone with a knowledge of orthodics nor even with the human foot in mind.
