WMPH could have done better!

We had good time anyway. We booked a Hawaiian cruise tour through them. The hotel in Honolulu was under renovation, we didn't know till after we booked. The construction noise started at 6 am. Our Pearl harbor tour was cancelled. The ship was under constant maintenance and our cruise of the Napali coast was cancelled wih a 50 dollar credit. The luggage was an hour late arriving at end of the tour. When we notified WMPH about the problems they stopped all communication with us.
