I am filing a complaint on Living Green Today. I want to warn anyone else considering advertising with this company. I was promised TV commercials with my order and never heard from anyone. Then I received a bill from them which has a $44 "payment service charge", a charge not told I would get and if added up over the year would equal $528 just in "payment service charges".
Not only that, no one answers the phone, no one returns my calls, and yet on the contract I signed it said if I did not pay them they had the right to draft the money, which I'm assuming will happen because I'm not paying there $44 charge and have not received the product promised.
Please don't make my mistake and do your research before you sign anything!
