I am extremely thankful for the flexible hours offered by Valley Anger Management. The instructors are absolutely wonderful and offer the help and support that I needed to overcome from my anger issues and take control of my life. Each class that I attended taught me something new and the counselors made each session thought-provoking. I will forever be grateful!
