Review 10/24/2009

I responded to a $29.99 ad with a senior discount for vacuuming my air ducts which was done 10-23-09. However, the sales pitch amounting to $1,400.00, in this economy to a sr. citizen, followed with a call to the office for 1st time customer's discount. I decided to sanitize the air ducts for $300.00. They had offered an ultra violet light for $800.00 reduced to approx $600.00 to ensure elimination of mold in the AC and 7 to 8 years added AC life (how do they know this?). The incentive was a piece of rubber taken from somewhere on the AC in the attic (mistake was they said AC packing and this piece of rubber could have been produced from the tech's pocket not the AC) to prove mold was forming - on my young AC. I believe this was all a bate and switch (especially when I saw how little was on the vacuum filter) designed to sucker the elderly. The 2 gentlemen that came to do the work were highly personable; however, obviously manipulative. They observed and commented on everything in my home which and engaged me in personal conversation unrelated to the work at hand.
