About a month ago I submitted and online form on their website for a quote request for a steel building. I got a call from them the next day and they told me about this huge clearance sale they are having because a bunch of buildings had been returned to them. I later found out that this is what they have always told everyone. They asked if they had the building I wanted if I would be willing to put down a deposit right then. I told them no, because I was just then starting the research process. He said he couldn’t give me a quote without a commitment and deposit. I politely asked them to take me off their call list. 2 days later, I got another call from supposedly a different salesman, who gave me the same clearance once in a lifetime speech. This time I wasn’t as nice and told them that that I wouldn’t do business with them even if the building was free and demanded to be removed from their call list and hung up. I am still receiving one or two calls from them weekly that I allow to go to voicemail. In each of these messages, they tell me I need to call them back immediately to take advantage of a huge clearance sale they are having. After getting online to write as many negative reviews as I could about them, I discovered that there are countless complaints of similar practices by this company. Many people have even had their deposit taken and never got the building.
