The Us Property Luxury Group is a scam. They make the process sound legit and tell you all these wonderful things. We even spoke to "the buyers" of our timeshare. To find out, the number they gave us was Florida cell phone number for someone who lived on "California". Beware of the names of David Banner, David Johnson, John Baxter, Tidey Inc, and Brandon Jackson. I looked up their contact info through the white pages to see that their cooperate office phone number was a cell phone. I also researched the address in which we sent our deposit to find that it was a postal service address. Don't be scammed like we have.
