This company is a bogus, dirty, rotten company. A bunch of rip off artists. I bought the instyler used it a few times, got no better results than my flat iron so I dug out the box and returned it to the address on the box since it came with no paperwork. About a week or so later it was sitting on my door step. I called the customer service and after waiting on the phone for over an hour my conversation with customer service became a shouting match between me and them because they now tell me I can not return it because its past 30 days. So now I cancel my card so they can not charge it and write to customer service on their web site they give me this stupid return number and address and I again remail this junk. I never receive it back this time. After about 2 months I get a phone call (which I never gave them my phone number) that I owe them the money. I again tell them I mailed it back to them and I no longer have it and the guy claims he will mark it on the computer. Now I am getting harassed by their so called collection agency SKO Brenner American, INC and they want a 4 month old postage receipt (like I still have it). Do not do business with this company or you will never get rid of them.
