These extortionist towed me from my own complex then after paying $165 to have my car dropped the very next day my card was fraudulently used for over $396 for office supplies. If they wanted office supplies I would think that the $165 I paid in extortion fees would cover some of that I guess not. After reviewing the company online I found that they had a c rating with the BBB and 12 complaints in one year how is this possible! That is one complaint every month. Imagine the people who don't have the time to let other people know they were screwed over too. Obviously they must pay a pretty penny to the BBB to get that rating. I hope that even though this is a BBB sister company you do a better job of investigating complaints as apposed having someone on the sales floor calling the company to inform them there dues went up!!
