This California company hired us in the state of Washington over the phone on a Friday afternoon at 4pm. They requested us to send a crew to a job site in a suburb of Seattle to make repairs to an installation they had done earlier in the week. I sent the crew and we did the work and then had to go back two more times after that to fix other mistakes that had been made by TheCubicleGuy.com and I did not even bill him for the other two trips!
Jessup promised to send me a check by the following Monday for the $273 that I invoiced him for and he refuses to pay the bill! I finally sent the account to collection and they returned it to me as a closed file and said they could not secure payment.
So I ask you, is this the kind of company that you want to do business with? Or am I just the sucker for trying to do a nice thing and help out another small business man who couldn't service the account easily form California? Had he done so, it would have eaten up all his profit in the job most likely. What he did was wrong and it isn't so much the money but rather the principle here. Shame on you thecubicleguy.com!
