Waste of Time : (

Not sure exactly what it is this agency is doing in terms of helping qualified individuals to land positions, but based on the experience of several people I know and my own, going there was a waste of time.
You go for an initial interview and are told all great things, but nothing ever comes of it. It's not based on your qualifications from what we all can tell, but whether you are liked by the interviewer or not. It's truly frustrating because this agency apparently gets plenty of jobs to place people, but we can't figure out exactly who it is they are sending in to get hired.
The lack of response via phone or email is not only rude, but unprofessional on their part. Have the decency and courtesy to respond no matter how short the response may be.
Plenty of better agencies in town that helped a bunch of us, very qualified and dedicated individuals, find great positions.
Good luck for those of you who give this place a try.
