The Cat Hospital on Hamilton in Campbell has terrible customer service, the staff is rude, and the doctors won't give you the time of day. Every single visit there has been disturbing and difficult. This last visit has been so upsetting and traumatic, I am at a loss at what to do and how to handle it. Customer service has deteriorated in the Bay Area and the Cat Hospital is no exception.
