I was recommended to Tepa Opportunities a few months back. My property in Anaheim was in distress, but more importantly I was the one stressed out of mind. From the first day I met with Broker my mind was put at ease. He took his time and sat there for 3 hrs on our initial meeting to fully explain the pros and cons of the situation I was in. He walked me thru all my options and we came to a decision that would best fit my needs. I am now debt free and more importantly I was able to complete my short sale. Sure there were some issues and it took time, but not once did Tepa let me down. They did ALL the work, legitimately and kept me up to date on every single aspect of my sale. They went above and beyond the call of action. Both myself and my wife are truly grateful to Tepa and their employees. And I would DEFINITELY recommend this company and have to anyone and everyone.
