Fred stated that you are to respond to customer service complaints within one business day. I have been trying to contact you every day for the past three weeks. So not only have you stolen my money, kept my order, jerked me around for months, then ignored me; you're company's promise is a lie. You guys are a bunch of crooks.
It’s been two and a half months since I’ve ordered from Telegaleria. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. My next step will be a Class Action Lawsuit, for all of the people you screwed over; and an Online Retail Fraud Lawsuit under California State Law, as your company is holding $667.50 of my money and/or purchased merchandise, and the amount that you have taken out of my bank account for no product in return, is considered a felony. With your reputation and hundreds of similar stories accounted for on every scam-reporting website online, along with my lawyer and proof of fraudulent intent, Fred will be looking at thousands in fines and retribution, and possible loss of his company. All I've asked for, is the product that I ordered. I needed it a month ago, now I need it by tomorrow. If I do not receive SOMETHING that I ordered by next week, which is being VERY generous on my part, you will hear from my lawyer, I will continue with the lawsuit, and you will see this message on every Online Complaint website, until you've been sued as many times as it takes to see you lose your business.
You cannot treat people this way,
