I buy from this site at least 3 times a year. I never have a problem with orders that are not in high demand. When its an order in high demand plan on waiting at least 3 to 4 weeks longer than they tell you. I have had 2 instances where I ordered a T-Shirt that was in high demand and sold out. All said they would should in 1 week. Well after waiting for 19 days for my order to ship it still hasn't. I called 12 days after it was supposed to ship and asked what was going on. I was told it was on back order. Well they didn't notify to tell me it was on back order. I was then told it would ship any day now. Well it is now 19 days and according to them they are saying it just shipped 2 days ago. Yet they can't provide me with a tracking number nor confirm that it definitely was shipped. I have to keep calling them to find out where my order is. They don't send e-mail updates that say its on back order or that it has been delayed. Don't even bother sending them an e-mail because they don't respond. I have sent numerous emails and they have never responded. My order # is 113347. I paid on the June 21st and was told it would ship by the 30th. I called back on the 12 or 14th of July and was told it was back ordered and would ship by that week. Now I call today the 19 of July and I was told it should have shipped Friday. Yet my account online still shows processing. They can't confirm it shipped Friday. So I have to assume it shipped Friday and I receive it by end of the week or early next week. You would think that a company with the name like Lakersstore.com would know what they are doing. In 2 days it will be a month since my credit card was billed and still I don't have my $134.35 order. Such a shame. I never have this issue with Nikestore.com or footlocker.com. They keep me informed throughout if there are any issues. The shirts I ordered have been available at Foot Locker, FootAction, and Champs Sports for the past 3 weeks. Definitely gonna think twice before dealing with this company again.
