We have spent the last two years acquiring new locations and the growing pains were causing us significant headaches. I knew we needed to bring in some outside help to manage the process of folding new locations and staff into our organization. Tavas was instrumental in allowing us to make sure that we were sound on the financial end of things. It was a significant undertaking to say the least. They were able to make sure that each new location was tied into our existing accounting system and that new locations were brought up to our reporting standards. It was a process that took well over four months to complete but one that was necessary to the long-term success of our company. I am happy to say that Stephen and the rest of his team at Tavas was up to the challenged and performed as advertised.
