This is a great Vet! I live a few blocks from their clinic and feel lucky that I do. They were highly recommended to me by two neighbors after my previous vet turned a splinter in my dog's thigh into surgery so I was more than a little nervous about any vet but all the staff at Szanto Vet Clinic are wonderful! The office feels great when you walk in: calm, peaceful, confident, clean.
My dog has been treated by all 3 Veterinarians there and they are all wonderful. They all have an easy, gentle approach; they start with the simplest solution/diagnosis and work up from there if necessary. They care about the animals but aren't too cutsy about it like some other vets I've seen.
I know my dog is getting the best care possible from them and just can't say enough good things about them. They don't talk "at" you, but with you and discuss options available and the pros and cons of each so that the owner can make an informed choice in the treatment of their beloved pet.
I highly recommend this clinic!
