This company seemed to offer good prices on computers and other technical equipment. They kept sending me email flyers so when they had a deal on a computer that looked tempting, I ordered one from them. It powered up on arrival, so I figured it worked okay, but when I tried it with my application, it would work for a while and then quit without warning, needing to be rebooted. So I went through the RMA procedure and sent it back to them. They said they would send me a call-tag, but also warned that if it didn't arrive in a certain amount of time, they wouldn't honor the return. So I sent it back to them at my own expense.
I did get an e-mailed acknowledgement that the machine had arrived (towards the end of May), so I waited - and waited. Towards the end of June I emailed back (there is no phone number listed on their site, which should have been a warning to me) to ask when I'd get a replacement machine. I got a garbled non-response from someone who obviously didn't speak English too well, and who evidently hadn't bothered to check the paperwork on my order. Further emailed inquiries got no response whatever. It's now nearly August, and I have had no further response from the company about my computer, although I still get daily email from them touting their "great deals". They did inform me that their "assets" had been taken over by another company, but didn't bother to reply to my email enquiring about the fate of their liabilities - like the computer they owed me. Needless to say, I'm sorry I ever got involved with this company, and would warn anyone else not to repeat my mistake.
