VERY questionable business practices

As a former Superlative customer, I agree with negative feedback. This company cares about one thing. HAVING YOU SIGN A LONG CONTRACT,AND NOTHING ELSE. Very deceptive renewal terms indeed and they will claim to loose emailed and faxed in requests to stop
accounts. KEEP TRACK OF YOURS!! Their sorry excuse for a customer service department turns nasty and flippant after you sign. RUN AND RUN FAST FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
