Don't waste your time and money. This company charges $200 for 90 days of "service" Supposedly the $200 guarantees approval (subject to financial qualifications) of becoming a tenant to a rental property.
I encountered this company while looking in the Penny Saver for rentals. There were some that sounded too good to be true. I should have known better when I called and got a company rather than a land lord. Basically what this company barely does you can do a much better job yourself. They are supposed to send you listings every Wed by email and the ones you like you fax a list back to the office and they are supposed to set up appointments for you to view the rentals. Well so far I have been dealing with this company since 9/21/2010 today is 11/4/2010 and they have not set up a single appointment for me. Funny how they are call "Superior Professional Services" when they are hardly professional at all when you call them. Watch out for this company and companies like this. Once they get your money they don't do their job and you can't get a refund. Also I filled out papers with my price range and the area I want to search in and nothing I received from them matched my criteria. You can do much better searching for rentals on your own which is what I was doing in the first place when I encountered them. Sadly I fell for thinking they were going to going to actually help me occupy one of the listings I originally saw. If you do get a rare chance of them contacting a property owner, the information on the listing is no longer legit because the owners will want a high price and different regulations than what you read on the original listing. NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE!!!! If a company wants you to pay money before you even see a property don't do it!!!
It doesn't surprise me that this company received an "F" rating...
