Sun Laboratories Inc, has the WORST customer service! I have NEVER dealt with a company like this in all my life. They are not concerned about making a good name for themselves. The product I ordered was damaged and incomplete. I had to make multiple phone calls to have the missing item replaced and they were unsympathetic that my order was not processed completely the first time. When my piece arrived, my product still didn't work, and they were unwilling to listen to my concerns and as a matter-of-fact HUNG UP on me as I was trying to explain my dissatification of my order. I had to call back and speak with the manager before anyone would listen to me. The manager is currently going to ship me an exchange, but this process has been absolutely maddening. I would NOT order anything from this company.
