The worst customer server and most rude people I have ever had to deal with, I got married in December and decided to take a little break from their mmo FFXI, When I got back I was LM~17 I called the customer service multiple times, I have talked on their chat I get no where, I was just told "Rmt activities" in the end, nobody can explain to me what it is as my account is confidential? I was banned for absolutely no reason at all, I mean ok their agreement says they can ban who they want when they want, with little to no explanation at all, how does that work? I was informed my account is permanently banned, and the funny part is that a representative off Square Enix admitted to me it was banned for no reason at all, I went back again to talk to them and spoke with a supervisor who could not answer any of the questions I had, just simply closed the chat because there was nothing left to say. It has been 4 months since I lost my account, and absolutely no word at all, last night I spoke with a rep again who said to me, I could file a ban complaint, "um I thought I did that 4 months ago"? But apparently she filed it, so does this mean in the whole 4 months of waiting they just never bothered to file this complaint at all and it was only filed last night? Who knows I know that I have lost this account for good, 5 years wasted on that character. But for my own satisfaction even if I don't get it back people should not be treated like this, more and more gets banned, it is all over the place, I will not play FFXIV they can stuff FFXIV, infect I wont play any of their games I wont buy it no matter how much I like the FF series.
