The worst customer service ever!

I Ordered 7 products from Spa Science I received 6 of them I send them multiple emails they never responded I gave them a call the lady that answered just said we are back up we'll give you a call very soon, I said ok right after some one called my cell oh I called them from my home phone but they called my cell and that was fine I said hello he said '' What is the name of the product you did not received " I said what! he replied what is the name of the product you did not received"? I said who is this and where are you calling from? he answered with a very impatient voice Spa science and start talking, I paused for a moment and told him I find you very rude how could you just call and don't even say good afternoon or identify where you calling from .
I wasn't too surprised because after I placed my order they did not send me an email to confirm I had to call them to confirm they received my order, honestly I am very disappointed, but cant wait to use the products and see how they work.
