Over the past eight weeks we have had the pleasure of working with SMS on a few different projects. Our consultant, Alex went above and beyond and worked well with our existing staff. SMS’s customer service was also top notch. We had a few issues initially with scope creep but they stepped in and helped us mediate the issue with Alex and company. I have no issues recommending them if you feel like your business is stuck and not growing or you are having issues with profitability. The amount of time they spent showing us how we were wasting money on labor overheard because of disorganization was wort the money itself.
