I purchased a "free trial" electronic cigarette from Smoking Everywhere in Sunrise, FL. Their offer involved merchandise described on their web site and stated that the price was $9.95 shipping and handling for a 14 day free trial.

the above information constituted my order and acceptance of their offer. After placing the order they sent me an acknowedgement along with an order number and a telephone number to contact them for confirmation. I called the number numerous times before I finally was able to talk to a person. They shipped the unit three weeks after I placed the order and after several phone calls to them trying to follow up on the order.
The package did not contain enough supplies (cartridges) for the 14 days free trial as purchased. I had to purchase additional cartridges. It only contained 5 cartridges, enough for 5 days.Now they have used my credit card information to place an additional charge of $99.02. I have disputed this charge with my credit card company.
