I ordered Smokers Savior product in April of 2010 online through their website. Received the product and decided it was not for me. Then in May of 2010 was charged 94.90. Called Smokers Savior and was explained it was a membership and I was explained this in the phone call. I told them I never received a phone call, which they confirmed and agreed to a refund which I received. Then this month, July of 2011 I received a charge for 94.90 listed as advantis nutraceuticals for 94.90. I called the number listed with the charge to find out it was again Smokers Savior. They said I was still a member and was charged by computer because I was still an open member. I have to wait for the product to arrive, then call and get info on how to return before I can receive a refund. I was charged a 28.00 overdraft also for this charge. They assured me that my membership will be canceled(again!) We will see. I am going to spread bad reviews of this group of companies to my Many friends through social networking to get these shady business practices stopped. BBB please help stop these people from ripping people off.
Also, this company doesn't even deserve 1 star but I don't see a way to give zero or negative stars.
