The company may have worked for many, but I ordered this for my father who was not a fan so I returned it. I understand that I did not get the $99.95 refund back b/c I did not put the used filters back in the package went I sent it back, so I am out that money; however, after receiving the auto-shipment of filters ($79.95 +14.95=94.90) which was in transit when I called to cancel my original order, I returned the filters in June 2010. After several attempts to receive my refund, I am still waiting, almost a year later so I am NOT a happy camper. My package was received in a timely manner, but supposedly due to a company move from ME to CA, my package has been lost (have tracking receipt) and now I am told I am NOT eligible for a refund! I returned the product in a timely manner with THEIR label and I am STILL told I am NOT eligible? I WANT my REFUND of $79.95!
The customer service department has always been nice (excpet last time) and my only complaint is the untimely refund issue.
BUYERS BEWARE!!!
