I placed an order on January 19, 2008. Within 5 minutes of placing my order, I realized I ordered the wrong thing. I immediately cancelled said order and placed a new order with the correct item. I was charged for both orders. To this date, February 26, 2008, I am still calling Magikan trying to get them to give me credit for the first order which I cancelled. They keep telling me that it was sent to accounting to credit my credit card. I am really disappointed with this company and getting mad over being charged for something that NEVER should have appeared on my credit card in the first place.
