Remodeling/general contractors is an insecure and emotional task to undertake. I had visions of what a general contractor was to do .... it started off great.... due to some issues out of everyone's control, items on backorder, our time span for completion was extended... our "to go" person was let go.... we basically acted as the contractor. However, ROI came into the picture. He is a Hand's-On Guy. He is the man. He took charge, he never complained, he was polite, positive and accommodating. I wished he was in the picture from the beginning. He is upfront and caring and positive. The job (bathroom) we dreamed of came to a reality because of ROI. He is the man... he and "his people" get it done. If not the first time, the second or third.... ROI just wants the "customer" to be happy and satisfied. A rare concept, yet so much appreciated.. I am currently finishing the bathrooom remodel and requesting their assistance in putting recessed lighting in the kitchen.
