Watch out for this franchise, especially if you are elderly. My mother needed less than 50 square feet of water extracted. ServPro's inflated charges ended up being $875.06. The technician inflated the time and services he performed. I am sure ServPro felt they could bill her insurance company. They charged her for "sewage" removal when there was no sewage involved at all. The plumber that came can attest to that and so can the insurance agent (who has problems with other ServPro franchises). All in all, this ServPro franchise is not out for the best interests of the consumer, they are in it to make the big bucks by providing unneeded services and taking advantage of elderly clients. $ in their eyes! I would not recommend them to anyone.
