Terrible customer service & awful policies

I ordered 2 bras and a shirt from them in June. It took a while to get my order but I accepted that as I'm in Canada. The shirt didn't fit well but I can make alterations to make it work. The bras offered zero support. I could have taped kleenex together and it been more useful so I sent them back. I never heard anything about a refund or anything so I called. They told me because I used a coupon code there is no refund, just store credit. That's silly but they did catch me on a technicality as it was in their lengthy, ridiculously draconian refund/credit policy. She said she'd email my credit note. I waited, got no email. I emailed asking for it, and got a reply on Sept.25 but my credit was less 20% when their website states a 5% restocking fee. I emailed on Sept.27th asking for clarification. They ignored it. I emailed on Oct.5th and was ignored again. I emailed on Oct.26th asking again and asking if my credit can be applied to the shipping costs. You can guess what reply I got back. That's right, none. This is horrendous customer service. You want people to spend their hard earned money on your product and claim you want complete customer satisfaction and yet this you ignore our requests for help? Please...
