Horrible Customer Service

When my first order arrived and the material was transparent, I contacted customer service and asked if the darker colors such as black and red were transparent also. I was told no. So I was issued a store credit and exchanged and even bought another garment based on what turned out to be their lies. The dark colors are also see-through.
When I advised customer service, Angela Geer, Senior Operations Manager at Sanctuarie Plus Size Clothing (after two weeks) advised I return the garments at my expense and she would see what type of refund I would receive. I said I would not incur additional costs without know exactly how my refund would be handled. She said should would need to check with her supervisor. It took an additional week to be told, "I am unable to provide a shipping label for you to return these. We operate on very low margins..." She went to give other excuses.
Bottom line is that when I placed my order it was not clear that only store credit was an option.... and I read the small print on everything... and their customer service is such that they are unwilling to print a label for less than $15.00 as a step to amend the ill will over their dishonesty.
