This company rents homes in South Florida. We rented from them and had no problems until we moved out. They fabricated damage to the home which did not exist. We did a final walk, through the house where only one item was mentioned for us to pay for. Two weeks later we received a letter stating they were keeping 95% of our security deposit. Very dishonest and unethical in my opinion. Please be very cautious when entering into a contract with this company.
