Beautiful gowns, but avoid purchasing

Gowns are handmade beautifully done. However, seller Belinda has zero communication skills with her clients. You must reach out to her and she will tell you that she has been ill and cannot complete your order, but still has your money. You will wait 6 months to a year as she holds your money before sending you anything. When she does send you something., It's going to be three or four sizes too big for you. I don't think she really understands how to treat customers, she must be in over her head. This is not how you run a business taking someone's hard earned $1,200 and then not wanting to give them a refund because you can't provide them with a proper product that fits. I'm now waiting on a substitute for the original gown. I purchased almost a year ago. I do not have any faith in this company anymore.
