I do not think this company/website is a scam, but I do NOT recommend anyone to use it!!
I asked for 3 LED bracelets - 1 green, 1 pink and 1 yellow. They were for a very specific purpose, so I needed those exact colors. When I received my order, everything arrived as I expected except for the bracelets. I received 2 green and 2 purple bracelets.
Now some people may think I got one free, but as I stated, I needed the specific colors that I ordered. If pink and yellow were not available and they had contacted me about that, I would have been happy to keep looking for a different site to order from, or maybe even find something else to use on the same website.
At first I thought no big deal, I'll e-mail them and ask them if they can send me the colors I ordered. I mentioned how it was important that I get them before the end of the month (I would have had plenty of time to order and receive a replacement at that point), how I needed those specific colors, and even offered to swing by their office to pick up the new order if shipping would be an issue. However, a week later I had gotten no response. So I tried calling their phone number, but no one answered the phone.
Thinking maybe I called too close to closing time, I called again the next day but got no answer again. This time I left a voice message (even though the site says not to, but why wouldn't they take messages if they're not answering the phone?), I waited another week and sent an e-mail via the websites contact form. After yet another week, I sent another e-mail forwarding my first message, in case they hadn't received it for some reason.
I called one last time (no answer, of course), before finally giving up. By that time it was too late to order from anywhere else, so I had to show up to the event I had ordered the bracelets for with only the green bracelet to use. Nobody even noticed I had it on it because, of course, I didn't get to wear it for the purpose I originally intended.
This company has no customer service to speak of. Better to not order from them because they may send you the wrong items (my order was pretty simple and they still got it wrong), and they won't be around to fix it for you.
