I was very unhappy with the customer service I received from this company. I could never get anyone on the phone and always received a busy signal. I was only able to chat with the staff through a chat session, and was promised that my issue would be resolved numerous times with nothing ever being done. I only needed a part sent that was missing from my order, and I just kept getting the run around from the customer support group. I ended up ordering the part from another company, and got it 3 days after I ordered it, and now even after 3+ months still no part from the company and no contact from customer service. They have no idea I was able to get the part from another vendor and actually use their product. I gave up after 5+ times of contacting them with the same problem. I also never got a response from the emails I sent them. I just want to warn anyone that wants to order from this company that they do not stand behind their products. I was lucky to get the part from someone else, but if that didn't happen, I would have a product that I spent over $200 on, and couldn't use it. I have never encountered such terrible customer support in my life, and want to help people avoid the problems I had with this company.
