Terrible Smog Check Repair Service 1/31/2014

"DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP", especially for smog check repair unless you have thousands bucks to put there. I had a very bad experience with this shop, for smog check repair, they charge $189 for upfront checkup, including smog test fee after repair, which
they never did on my car. At first they asked more than $2000 for repair. After negotiation on the necessary repair, finally they promise to fix and pass the test if I pay $835 for everything. However next day they changed their mind and wanted to charge me
$1300. When I tell them that I can not afford this amount, they refused to do any repair work. The manager told me, "I do not want to make money on $300 repair".
