I signed a contract with pro corp debt solutions 2 years ago. I made all of my payments ON TIME. I phoned them at least twice a month as well as faxing them all paperwork I received from debt collectors as they asked. I was told " Be Patient" this takes time. My contract was coming to an end and only 1 of my debts had been settled, and I negotiated it myself! My contract has been over now for 6 months, they have settled only half of my debt. I have had 5 different people assigned to my case. No one returns phone calls! I have asked for a supervisor on several occasions but no one has responded. Now they are saying I need more money in my account! They are a rip off and very In professional! They received over $3,000 in fees to do what? I owe so much in interest now that I am worse off than when I started. Do not give this company your business!
