Very rude service. Vanessa(I made sure to get her name), one of the receptionists, was very rude and was an hour late to open the clinic to drop off my dog for boarding. I talked to one of the other customers waiting in line and she said that it's not the first time that she's been late to open the clinic. This is really obnoxious because I was late to work myself because of her tardiness(I'm sure I wasn't the only one. Their prices are above average considering the below average service. Try somewhere else
