I placed an order w/this company on 11/8/10. 6wks is the allotted time for delivery. The $94.96 was deducted out of my checking account the next day of the placed order. I have contacted this company via personal email, their company email and the 1-877300-7224 number that constantly rings busy. I have only rec'd one response regarding the status of my order. As of this date, I have NOT rec'd my order. I have contacted my atty, requested a full refund, contacting the company on my personal email only (not the company's web site) in order to have proper documentation for any legal matters that I may pursue if my refund is not received within 30days.
I have ordered from other companies and NEVER had any difficulties where they took my money and did not provide me with my order within the allotted time.
