My name is kourosh haidari ,I bought ticket from this Agnes on 10-6-2009 for my wife and 2 kids ,they told me if you don't wont ticket just return when you received ticket we send them back less than 1 hours now they going charge me penalty and I call air lines the told me is no charge ,I bought ticket from call phone in hamet office ,they lady never told me is extra charge,she call us told me call Florida office ,and call after 4 time call I talk to big cheese and this guy was rudest they didn't reveres my credit,and he told me ,we going to sue you.this is highway rubbery ,i dont know what i have to do please call me 951-259-6499.or my email is kourosh41@hotmail.com big thanks
