I ordered a baby sling from Peppermint.com in March of 2011 when my daughter was 4 weeks old. I was told my order would come in 5-7 days. Starting from the day after I made my order and only counting the actual business days, I waited. When I order things online I like to look and see where my order is in the shipping process but when I tried to use their tracking system, I kept getting a response of and invalid order number. Well I still waited, thinking maybe it was just a system error as I had received an email conformation. 8 business days (11 days later) I had not received my order. I sent an email on day 12 and still no response. I then left a message, on day 14 - which went right to voice mail and seemed to be more like someone's personal phone, not a business phone. We will see if I hear anything back. Very frustrating as I have been charged and there seems no easy way to get in contact with anyone and I would love to carry my now 6 week old around in a baby sling! Currently not a happy customer!
Both numbers I have - (909) 625-3431 from the BBB listing is disconcted and the (718) 874-0102 from the website is getting me no where.
