On Saturday 3/12/2011, I took my car to Pep Boys in La Habra, Ca (Corner of Euclid & Imperial Hwy), I asked them for a brake inspection and to let me see the brakes before they change them if necessary. I was told that it would be about 30 minutes before they could even get my car pulled in for inspection, so I left it with them as they said I could and went to have lunch with my wife. When I got back to Pep Boys I was going to make a left into the companies driveway, but I was very surprised to see my car speeding down Imperial Hwy, what really caught my eye of the whole incident was the lack of care they took with my car as they were causing the tires to screech while making their right turn. My wife immediately parked her car and we went inside where I demanded a member of upper management for the location. The service manager came out and I gave him the same information I just stated. He didn't seem to concerned as he was still going to let these employee's who had no care for my care now service it. I was obviously very upset with the situation and made them take my car out of the service area.
What will Pep Boys do to right this very wrong situation?
As I stated on Pep Boys Twitter and Facebook accounts I would like someone in Pep Boys Corporate to contact me ASAP.
